Kiawah Island oceanfront villa. You are steps to the beach with the boardwalk just outside your door.

Great location! This unit is a first floor unit, which means there is no need to use the elevator and no need to walk around the building to access the beach.

Just grab your coffee and walk out the back door to access the boardwalk, which leads you down a short path directly to the sand. You will easily be able to start your morning right by enjoying your hot coffee on the beach!

This unit is perfect for families. No lugging all those heavy beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to the front of the building and waiting for the elevator.

Only stop is the guard gate where you pull up to the window for your gate pass. We send you a scan code that the guard scans and then prints a pass for you. Then you can go straight to the Villa and simply use a keypad code that we will send directly to you.

Once you have the gate pass at first entry, you just leave the pass on your dash and no more stopping at the gate :)

This unit is also very nice for people that have lower walking endurance.

HBO Max and Disney Plus is included on all of the T.V.s.

Tennis at Roy Barth Tennis Center and Golf at Kiawah Courses are available for a fee. Reservations are required, so book early.

Night Heron Park is just a 3 minute walk from your location, as well! With delicious food, and a Nature Center housing live baby alligators, and crafts for the kids, this place is a wonderful spot to drop in and is open to everyone. This villa does not have pool access.

Charleston is an easy drive from Kiawah.

Enjoy the ocean scents and sounds of waves from your covered deck. Perfect for relaxing, reading or taking a nap.

Bike ride on the beach! The sand is such that riding or jogging is easy and fun. Smooth packed sand for miles at Kiawah makes for smooth riding. Our kids learned to ride bikes with out training wheels on this beach :) Miles of winding, tree covered bike trails all throughout the island. Discovering where they all go is half the fun.

Bikes can be rented and are the preferred mode of transportation on the island and available from multiple vendors. With only two wheels, you can easily access most of the island's best spots!

Family friendly events go on all week at Night Heron and FreshFields Market .

Charleston is a 30 min drive away from your location where there's plenty of food, tours, and stores to shop at.

We enjoy a clean, crisp, uncluttered interior surrounding when we vacation; therefore, we have strived to provide the same for you. The Villa provides a calm and comforting place to unwind, functionally efficiently to provide the best service and most stress-free environment it can. If you are like us, and prefer to be at the beach, but want clean and cozy when winding down, then our Villa is for you. :)

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and serve your own meals, if you choose. Appliances include your own coffee maker for that morning boost. Dining area includes dining table and chairs for eating , working or playing games.

The living room features soft velour couch and chair with ottoman for reading or watching the 70" flat screen TV. Coffee table and reading light as well as recessed lighting throughout the villa. A pull out twin sofa is also located in the living room.

Main bedroom features a king size bed with 46' flat screen TV. Walkout sliders to access the back stairs. The main bedroom has it's own bath with a large walk-in shower with hand held shower on bar slide.

The second room is a small space that is meant for children or teenagers. Ideal for those looking for twin sized bunk beds to accommodate a family with children. We wouldn't want to suggest that 2 adults would be comfortable in this room, but kids love it. It is not a bedroom, just a bunk-room. This room also has a full sized dresser and 32' flat screen on the wall.

The second bathroom also has a large walk-in shower with the shower head on a sliding bar for getting all the sand off.

This Villa will leave you and your family with nothing but good times and happy memories! And when not relaxing and unwinding inside the beautiful Villa, there are miles of beach to enjoy.
